About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Terre Dogali Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Viticoltori Ponte masters this sparkling wine in the blooming and fertile landscape in Veneto.
Tasting note
Slightly yellow, with greenish reflections. On the nose, distinctly fruity scents of apple, pear, with light nuances of citrus fruits and floral scents. Spicy and persistent on the palate, pleasantly sparkling and light, with moderate alcohol. Residual sugar content 15 g/l, acid 5.5 g/l.

Vinification
The growing area is located on the plains north of the river Piave in the province of Treviso. The soil is composed of crushed stone, silt and clay. The grapes are harvested at medium ripeness and sorted in the winery. The first fermentation takes place according to the classic white winemaking process. The second fermentation is carried out according to the Charmat process (tank fermentation).
