With the fine Terre Venete Merlot del Piave DOC from 2017, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Sociale di Ormelle masteres this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and fertile landscape of Veneto.

Tasting note
The nose reveals lots of fruit (cherry, plum, raspberry) as well as subtle floral and spicy notes. The taste on the palate is sweet, accompanied by a refreshing fruit. This is also the way this Merlot presents itself on the rather long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, rösti, veal shank, ossobuco di vitello, beef shank, ossobuco di manzo, roast pork, saffron risotto and veal bratwurst.
Vinification
Expanded in stainless steel tanks.
