About the wine
In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priory with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few years of experimentation, Dominik - now solely responsible - has explored the limits of the terroir and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit - these are beguiling wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Very big!

Tasting note
Translucent ruby violet Fruity aromas of red wild berries, sour cherries, blueberries and dark plums with a hint of herbal spice paired with floral notes. Light-footed palate with fine tannins, well-supporting acidity and red-fruity aromas. Red wild berries, cherries and notes of black plums again. The red històric ends medium-bodied with a subtle mineral finish. Refreshing wine from a very warm region, which is really fun in summer.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional Mediterranean dishes.
Vinification
Highly selective reading by hand. Whole grape fermentation with stems in vats with vineyard's own yeasts, no pigeage, short maceration, maturation and maturation (approx. 18 months) in concrete tanks and large funders.
