Tasting note
I'm a determined guy with a strong but balanced character. I have a fresh perlage, while my bouquet is reminiscent of fruity and floral notes. I am sociable, my personality and style fascinate and attract people.
Culinary recommendation
Appetizers are my domain, but I generally appreciate good food.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at various times between September and October to obtain a wide range of aromas and sensations. Local, ready-to-drink yeast is used in the production of sparkling wine. The sparkling wine production process is slow and takes between 60 and 70 days. This gives me a chance to develop a finer perlage and freshness.
