About the wine

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with scampi, grilled tomatoes, zucchini spaghetti, vegetable wok and spicy chicken with basmati rice.
Vinification
My grapes are harvested at a low temperature and kept in cold maceration for a week. After pressing, ferment at a maximum temperature of 14° C for about a month. After that, with continuous batonage, I stay on the lees for three months.
