Tasting note
Chardonnay dominates and its varietal aromas are allowed to develop freely. Fermented to some extent in old barrels, which gives him decent stature. Firm acidity, yet very accessible. Enormously complex, from apple peel to ripe Comté cheese. Very clear minerality, dense and long. If you can wait, you should store it for a few years.
