Tasting note
In the glass color of pink flowers. Fragrance of violets, roses with a subtle yet intense citrus note. On the palate, the Ticinello Rosato is pleasantly harmonious with a good finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, light meals, poultry.
Vinification
The grapes are picked and destemmed by hand, followed by gentle pressing. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then the wine matures on the lees for about seven months.
