An innovative and unconventional variety for our country, especially when it is vinified on a pure basis. Timperosse is a young and lively red wine that should be drunk in good company.

Tasting note
The wine has an intense red color with purple reflections. The bouquet is intense with elegant notes of red fruits such as black mulberries and plums and aromatic herbs such as rosemary and sage. On the palate, it is young and lively, with soft and gentle tannins.

Half cheese, baked pasta with meat sauce, roulades with red meat
