Elena Fucci cultivates a single grape variety, the Aglianico, and bottles three wines from it: the Titolo Aglianico, the Superiore and the Superiore Riserva, of the latter two only a few magnum bottles. The differences come from the age of the vines, it is their Oldest of the old ones, as the average age of all vines is over 60 years. The Superiore and Riserva are also not bottled every year, only if they are always of good quality (Elena Fucci has already produced fourteen times in a row for their basic Aglianico (!) Tre Bicchieri) comes out a little more. The title Aglianico del Vulture Superiore is powerful, intense, yet always characterized by elegance and refinement, precisely in Expression, full-bodied and long-lasting on the palate.
