About the wine
Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Le Vigne di Silvia conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Vermentino with light dishes or an aperitif.
Tasting note
Straw yellow in color, a wide bouquet of herbs such as sage and thyme on the nose, light fumé and wood spice, a nice interplay of acidity and minerality on the palate, thanks to the melting with a long and full finish.

Vinification
Grape harvest at the beginning of September. Driing and pressing is followed by cold maceration for 24 hours. The clarified must ferments partly in new wood and partly in steel. The wood content is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels for 50% first and 50% second use.
