About the wine

Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Toscana IGT Scirus! Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Le Sorgenti conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red color, intense start, reminiscent of ripe cherries, vanilla and lactritze. A real fruit explosion takes place on the palate paired with sweet spices, black pepper and chocolate. Open 1 hour before. Annual production: 5,000 bottles
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, hearty dishes and just to be enjoyed as such.
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques.
