About the wine
Give yourself joy for the senses with the first-class Touriga Nacional DOC Douro from 2015! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta do Crasto masters this red wine in the graceful and sunny landscape of the Douro Valley.

Tasting note
Deep purple color. The nose shows elegant notes of violets with subtle hints of fresh spices and wild berry fruits. On the palate, it is balanced and develops into a wine of excellent volume, with finely structured tannins and aromas of violets. The finish is fresh and persistent. An appealing wine that reflects the unique identity of the Touriga Nacional grape variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, Mediterranean cuisine, mushrooms.
Vinification
The best grapes from the best plots are brought to the winery in 22 kg plastic crates, and then trampled on in traditional stone tanks (lagar). The juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the juice is gently pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
