About the wine
The company was founded in 2004 by Jorge Ordoñez and Rafael Cañizares. When Spanish wines around the world were only thinking of a few Rioja wines before this time, these two visionaries set about recultivating old abandoned vineyards in previously unknown growing regions. The quality seal of this winery is traditional winemaking. Bodegas Volver currently produces wines under the umbrella of the protected areas of DO Jumilla, DO Castilla la Mancha and DO Alicante.
