As if cut from one piece, this is the most refined wine in the collection. Compared to normal late harvest, the piece of gold does not look sweeter, as you might expect, but more complex and spicy. It is a noble sweet highlight with strong slate spice, lots of exotic fruit like pineapple, lychee and light herbal notes. On the palate, the perfect balance of fruit and acidity, the complex and profoundly exotic aromas and the almost saline minerality impress. A vibrant wine full of mineral energy.
