About the wine

Tasting note
On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of yellow peach, honeydew melon, nougat and delicate vanilla. The delicate structure on the palate comes from aging in wood and whole grape pressing. A linear freshness runs through the entire wine — the freshness of the Adelaide Hills.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: short shelf life (up to 4 years).
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the cool autumn nights as this is the only way to preserve the freshness of the Adelaide Hills. They are harvested partly by hand and partly by machine. The hand-picked grapes are pressed without destemming and aged in French barriques. The machine-harvested part of the grapes is aged in stainless steel tanks. The individually aged wines are reunited before bottling. This combines the fruit and freshness of steel tank expansion as well as the structure-giving wine from wooden barrels.
