The beneficial effects of the sea breeze produce a fresh wine with delicate herbal notes. A new and different expression of the better-known Sauvignon from other regions. A sparkling, mineral wine with a long-lasting finish.

Tasting note
The wine is straw-yellow in color with shiny golden reflections. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of citrus, peach, apricot and notes of mint and basil. On the palate, there is an excellent harmony between fruit aromas and minerality, with a fresh and persistent finish.

It goes well with oysters, seafood salad, and grilled fish.
