A great red wine gem from Bodega Vega Sicilia in Spain! The pure Tempranillo is aged in barriques for two years. Valbuena 5° embodies Pablo Álvarez's passion and regularly provides euphoria and unforgettable drinking pleasure.

Tasting note
Rich garnet red with purple reflections. On the nose, Valbuena impresses with notes of ripe blackberries, dark forest fruits and black elderberry. Aromas of blackberry jelly, plum, elderberry, walnut and gingerbread spice are palpable. Compact tannins, very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game and braised meat.
Vinification
After an extensive soil study carried out by Vega Sicilia, each individual layer is fermented and aged individually. 24 months in barriques.
