About the wine
From the oldest soils, those of Valpolicella, red grapes, especially Corvina, come from the warmth, strength and concentration of the fruits of this land: from Valpolicella Classica the typical notes of fresh fruit, cherry in particular, from Valpantena the peppery notes and silky tannins. A combination of colors and flavors that evoke the sensations of exceptional elegance and convenience.

Das bleibt in Erinnerung: Sein angenehmes Hellrosa verleiht jedem Anlass eine besondere Note. Das markante Bukett des Valpolicella Valpantena DOC von schwarzem Pfeffer und Vanille zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Noten von Himbeere und grünem Paprika gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Zu rezenten Käsearten, Braten und kräftigen Fleischgerichten empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Valpolicella Valpantena DOC.
