Tasting note
The playful aromas of Valtravieso Nogara of fennel and peach express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The refreshing nuances of lime, green melon and grapefruit then reveal their own character. This is remembered: Its bright green yellow is first pleasing to the eye and then to the mind. With a slim body and dominant acidity, this white wine shows its masterly structure.

Vinification
Ageing in barrels: 6 months on lees, part of the wine in French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks.
