About the wine
Blooming and sunny landscapes of Abruzzo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Umani Ronchi conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the special Vellodoro Terre di Chieti Pecorino IGT from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow. Fine bouquet with notes of pears, citrus fruits and some bergamot, accompanied by fine mineral aromas. The palate is wonderfully fresh, fruity, mineral, juicy and tasty. With its fresh acidity and rather long finish, the wine is extremely enjoyable to drink.
Culinary recommendation
A character wine as an aperitif, bruschette or with delicacies from the sea.
Vinification
The autochthonous grape variety Pecorino is harvested by hand. After the grapes have been gently pressed, the wine is fermented, matured and refined in steel tanks.
