About the wine
One sip and you feel like you're in a Mediterranean paradise. The scent of exotic fruits on the nose, the freshness of a sea breeze on the palate... The new Verdejo from Finca del Mar absolutely impressed us!
Tasting note
The lively scent spectrum of the Verdejo Finca del Mar of fennel and peach shows aromatic complexity and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant nuances of lime, green melon and grapefruit shape their individual texture. A white wine with a slender body and dominant acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Fish, seafood, beef tenderloin carpaccio and also wonderful as an aperitif.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: After careful observation of the maturation process, the night harvest is carried out in September to take advantage of the cooler temperatures that help preserve the aromas. The grapes are cold macerated to increase the aromatic intensity of the must before being fermented in a controlled manner at low temperatures over a period of 18 days.
