Tasting note
On the nose, it shows red and black berries, tea leaves, violets and a touch of reduction, while on the palate it curbs its strength - with beautiful fruit purity, fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins. It is focused and dense with a long and dry finish that promises good maturity.
Culinary recommendation
Great to drink with hearty meats such as beef, lamb or game. Try this wine with a beef stew with smoked piementos and chickpeas.
