About the wine
Do you already know the provocative white wine Vermentino Etichetta Nera DOC with the 2016 vintage? If not, it's time! With experience and instinct, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Lunae masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Liguria. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Vermentino with light dishes or an aperitif.
Tasting note
Intense straw yellow, aromatic nose of wildflowers, herbs and spices. The fruit is ripe with hints of honey. The acidity is wonderfully integrated and allows this Vermentino, with its great texture and charm, to mature for a few more years.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Trinken Sie diesen Weisswein bei leicht gekühlten 13°-14°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die ideale Genussphase dieses Weins: 2-3 Jahre. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Vermentino Etichetta Nera DOC harmoniert bestens mit leichten Gerichten und Apéro.
Vinification
Macerate with the skins for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks.
