About the wine
The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Livio Felluga conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Color: intense violet red, almost impenetrable Nose: Tempting and intense. The enveloping notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, blackberry, apricot and nashi blend with spicy notes of vanilla and tobacco leaf. Palate: Soft and sensual attack. The sweetness of ripe fruit and candied orange peel complete the elegance of the tannin structure. Spicy aftertaste of turmeric and cinnamon.

Vinification
Vinification: The grapes are carefully destemmed and the fruits are then ground. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. The juice is often pumped over the cap for about three weeks to extract colorants and flavorings from the peels and then bottled. Ageing: Aging takes 12 months in stainless steel and small French oak barrels. Bottled wine is usually stored in temperature-controlled storage cellars for at least four months.
