An exceptional wine that challenges the palate, especially when young. We recommend carafing it to bring out its wonderful scent of ripe pear and quince. Notes of bergamot, mint, almond paste, honey and linden blossom give it a great aromatic complexity, which is repeated in the taste with a fine sherry touch. Its firm structure with an emphasis on mineral tartness, which feels substantial on the palate, and its finish indicate good shelf life and, above all, its aromatic development potential.
