About the wine
Although the wine-growing history on Tenerife with its volcanic soils dates back a long time, the small, family-run winery was only founded in 2006. The founding is like ascending a throne from scratch, the winery has made it to the top and is now considered THE winery on the island, just a few vintages later. On just 9 hectares, a treasure of numerous indigenous, ancient vines is cultivated here with the hands. The principle also applies in the cellar: nature first! The wines exude a magical wealth, full of color and life, unique and exceptionally unbelievable, everything you put into a 0.75 l bottle. Be amazed and enjoy!
Tasting note
Glass ball. Look into an immeasurable nebulous expanse, yet bright, calm, scenes, yellow fruit, almonds, wax, pale flesh, smoke, fairytale charm, sweet notes. Thick and floating on the palate, like golden fog, yellow fruits, smoke, powerful and radiantly tart, long. A magical wine, like a mythical world that deserves to be discovered, traveled and explored for a long time.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Fermentation with vineyard yeasts and aging for 10 months on fine yeast in 500 l French oak barrels. Without fining and unfiltered.
