About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Vietti has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile landscape of Piedmont. You will certainly enjoy the first-class Vietti Colli Tortonesi TimorassoDOCG, which was produced in 2020.
Tasting note
Golden yellow color, intense and complex aroma of ripe pears, quinces, peaches in combination with floral nuances. On the palate, it has a good body with moderate alcohol and good acid structure. The yellow-fruited taste is accompanied by a mineral note, which intensifies after about five years of ageing in the bottle.

Vinification
Indigenous Timorasso grape variety, is harvested by hand, cold macerated overnight and then gently pressed. Gentle fermentation for four weeks in various stainless steel, large wooden barrels and ceramic containers. In these vessels, the white wine matures for 10 months on the fine yeast, which is stirred regularly (battonage).
