Tasting note
The Villa Antinori Pinot Bianco is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is sophisticated and elegant with notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and acacia flowers. It has a full palate, persistent with a good mineral structure.
Culinary recommendation
This white wine goes particularly well with asparagus dishes, but is also great with an apero.
