Tasting note
The fine bouquet on the nose evokes subtle floral and fruit aromas. The start on the palate was successful: subtle fruit sweetness combined with an evolving acid structure that gives the wine depth and aftertaste. The fruity aroma is supplemented with mineral notes and lasts until the finale. It is a straightforward wine that has something to offer.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with apéro, aperitif, amuse bouche, hors d'oeuvre, poultry dishes and freshwater fish.
