About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this snappy Sangiovese 2015 Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria Talosa masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
Ruby red, rich and complex on the nose, with earthy and floral notes typical of the variety, which harmonize perfectly with hints of leather, undergrowth and licorice, very elegant and dense on the palate, with a powerful aftertaste.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva goes perfectly with beef, lamb and pasta.
Vinification
Manual harvesting takes place in the first half of October. Alcoholic fermentation takes between 20-25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel and wood. Ageing for 3 years in new tonneaux and 2 year old tonneaux (large wooden barrel)
