About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria Talosa masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
Rubinrot, in der Nase reichhaltig und komplex, mit sortentypischen erdigen und blumigen Noten, welche mit Andeutungen von Leder, Unterwald und Lakritze perfekt harmonisieren, im Gaumen sehr elegant und dicht, mit einem kräftigen Abgang.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva harmoniert perfekt mit Rindfleisch, Lamm und Pasta.
Vinification
Die manuelle Lese erfolgt in der ersten Oktoberhälfte. Die alkoholische Gärung dauert zwischen 20-25 Tage, anschliessende malolaktische Gärung in Stahl und Holz. Reifung für 3 Jahre in neuen und 2 jährigen Tonneaux (Grosses Holzfass)
