About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Argentinian winery Alta Vista masters this red wine in the sunny and enchanting landscape in Mendoza. With the delicious Classic Malbec Mendoza from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Very intense nose with beautiful aromas of red fruits, especially plums, and notes of vanilla and a hint of coffee. Fresh on the palate, with soft tannins and a particularly long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 15°-18°C.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with selected yeasts for 7 days. This is followed by a 10-day maceration phase. The young wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels.
