Tasting note
The Vouvray Classic by Marc Brédif consists of the Chenin Blanc grape variety and is considered the prototype of this fresh wine stalk.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, fish, shellfish, sushi and Asian dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation at a controlled 18°C. The wine then matures in large vats for 9 months on the fine yeast before being bottled.
