Although the parents have been vinifying excellent wines from plots such as Ungerberg on the 13ha winery on Lake Neusiedl since 1988 and are members of the renowned Pannobile association: The work, work and magic of the two daughters Stefanie and Susanne aka Rennersistas since 2015 is like a new start. Everything in the Rennersistas project is fresh, young, casual, carefree and cheeky, with a taste and style that only talent and intuition can produce in a playful and safe way the good parents Renner! Tasting note
Bill Murray - familiar as his own, hardly any facial expressions, and yet you don't forget him, these likeable soft features, the bright fruit, apple sauce, yeast, leisurely, cozy, and then that is that wide-awake, ironic to sharp look, in this coolness, rough minerality flashes up again and again. Smooth, cozy yet vital body on the palate, it is not sinewy, athletic, it is simply inviolable in its weird, alert calm, in the very gentle bright bliss the tart freshness and the slightly rough tannins more of a witty rumble than an act. Great, he has so much character and presence without being loud or energetic!
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Very selective harvest by hand. 50% whole grape pressing, 50% maceration with skins for 18 hours fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, 8 months yeast storage in used Austrian oak barrels (2000L), and amphoras (1000L). Minimal use of sulfur, no fining or filtration.
