Tasting note
Bright ruby red color. Aromas of strawberries and fresh raspberries, with notes of rose petals and cherries. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with firm tannins and a silky texture.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with pasta, pizza and red meat or poultry.
Vinification
Cold pre-maceration (between 6 and 8ºC) for 5 days to extract color and aromas. 8 months in oak barrels.
