Wayne Grizzly is a balanced cuvée based primarily on Pinot Noir. The subtle fruity complexity, pleasant richness and fine tannins combine to create a lively overall experience with character. Eye: Dark red with shades of purple. Nose: Dark fruits, spicy and subtle woody notes. Palate: Balanced with subtle fruit complexity reminiscent of wild fruits. Fine and pleasant tannins. Nice fullness and length in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, seasoned and braised European dishes or simply as a relaxed aperitif with friends.

12 months in oak barrels.
