About the wine

Motivated by his enthusiasm for good wines, Andrea Davaz and two friends founded von Salis AG in 1994. They themselves cultivate around two hectares of their own vines in the Bündner Herrschaft and source from over 60 vine growers from Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins, Malans, Zizers and Trimmis. Grapes from the Grisons grow on more than 50 hectares, making the wines something special.
