Our white wine is “different”, quite “old-fashioned”, provokes conventions, pushes the limits of usual ideas. Salty, broadly spicy, dried fruit, mild in acidity, soft in mouthfeel, a hint of cinnamon, calvados, cider and cardamom, hints of natural wine, doesn't fit into any conventional pigeonhole and is not dedicated to the spirit of the times.”
