About the wine
Provence is THE region for rosé wines. It combines tradition, culture, history, landscape and viticulture in a charming way. Sacha Lichine, who sold his winery in Bordeaux for the Château D'Esclans, was also addicted to this charm.

Tasting note
Fresher character of red berries with floral aromas. Ripe and fleshy on the palate. Dry, with high concentration. Smooth and round finish. No astringent or pungent aftertaste Extremely easy to drink. No matter what type of wine you normally prefer, you'll definitely find something to enjoy in Whispering Angel (from beginners to wine experts).
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with antipasti in all shapes — from olives and pickles to vitello tonnato and bruschette. It goes well with all kinds of Mediterranean dishes — from fish and seafood specialities to pasta, tapas and much more.
Vinification
100% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maintained constant temperature for fermentation at 14°C and batonnage of the yeast batch. Aging in tanks on lees for three to four months.
