About the wine
Provence is THE region for rosé wines. It combines tradition, culture, history, landscape and viticulture in a charming way. Sacha Lichine, who sold his winery in Bordeaux for Château D'Esclans, was also addicted to this charm.
Tasting note
Fresher character of red berries with floral aromas. Ripe and meaty on the palate. Dry (zero sugar), with high concentration. Smooth and round finish No astringent or pungent aftertaste Extremely easy to drink No matter what type of wine you normally prefer, in Whispering Angel you'll definitely find something to enjoy (from beginners to wine experts).
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean dishes, charcuterie, Asian, such as spicy Thai, Vietnamese or Japanese specialties.
Vinification
100% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maintained constant temperature for fermentation at 14°C and “bâtonnage” of the yeast mixture. Aging in a tank on the yeast for three to four months.
