Graham's is one of the most important names among port producers. With Blend No. 5, the traditional company is launching an exciting innovation: the first White Port created specifically for mixing. It is lighter and crisper than any other white port on the market. Ideal for a refreshing portotonico!
Tasting note
The very first white port specially made for mixing. It's lighter, crunchier and fresher than any other white port on the market. White port often has a woody note and can also be perceived as slightly oxidized. Graham was innovative and focused on the fruit of this port wine. They chose two particularly aromatic grape varieties, Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Gallega. These hand-picked berries combine to create an intensely fruity wine with a fresh, floral bouquet.
Culinary recommendation
The gentle character of this white port is easily overwhelmed by cheap, artificially sweetened tonic. Keep it simple. Our tip: pour a generous amount of ice into a glass, add 50ml of port, a dash of good tonic and decorate with a lemon wedge and mint leaves.
