Eye: light salmon pink with red-gold reflections; Nose: fine persistent mousseux, delicate but fresh and very animating, fruity-spicy scent, with hints of fresh cherries and wild strawberries, a hint of citrus, caramel-yeast notes; Palate: relatively dry, fruity and creamy, behind it delicate on the palate, with elegant acidity and mineral extract, extremely harmonious structure.
