Tasting note
Nice vintage rosé sparkling wine. The wine combines fantastic acidity with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, as well as subtle earthy and nut aromas. Very nicely structured.

Vinification
2/3 fermented in used wooden barrels. 1/3 malolactic fermentation. Over 4 years of bottle fermentation. 10g/l residual sugar.
