About the wine

The “Yarden Bar'on Cabernet Sauvignon” has strong scents of ripe cherries, blackberries, soil, pipe tobacco and cedar with light notes of juniper. This 'Single Vineyard' is one of the ripest of its variety and leaves a taste sensation with a persistent and delicious finish. The wine consists exclusively of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are harvested in Bar'on vineyards at an altitude of over 1000 meters in the Golan Heights. The aging takes 18 months in French oak barrels. A bottle of “Yarden Bar'on Cabernet Sauvignon” can be enjoyed right from the moment you buy it. However, with patience, it improves and remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or even longer. This delicious red wine is the right choice for a festive dish. It is wonderful to combine with a fried lamb chop, a grilled T-bonesteak or hard cheese.
