About the wine

Fabien Jouves, in her early thirties, not 10 vintages in the cellar, is already considered a star. After studying in Bordeaux, he took over the scepter at home, switched to biodynamics and went back to a more traditional, fruity-mineral style. Stylistics in Cahors became Bordeaux-esque in recent years, the wines lost their identity. The success was not long in coming, the soils and therefore the wines were getting better from year to year.
