About the wine

Since November 2019, Martin Suardet, son of Jean-Daniel Suardet, winemaker crowned at the last Fête des Vignerons, cultivates the prestigious vineyard Clos du Rocher in Yvorne. Complexity, richness of body and minerality characterize this Chasselas from Yvorne.

Tasting note
Wonderful golden yellow. Fruity, profound and complex. Full-bodied, balanced, flattering, with mineral notes, combines fullness, race, and finesse.
Culinary recommendation
The ideal wine for an aperitif. Excellent accompaniment to snacks, appetizers, seafood terrines, freshwater fish dishes, white meat or a spicy cheese platter.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking, ageing in large oak barrels.
