About the wine
Sunny and enchanting landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Obrist conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The powerful Chasselas 2016 — Yvorne AOC Pres Roc is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Chasselas with fish or cheese platters.
Tasting note
Elegantes Strohgelb. Dieser Wein zeichnet sich durch eine schöne Mineralität, sowie Kreide- und Feuersteinnoten aus, eingerahmt von Lindenblüten- und Ginsterduft Reichhaltig und rund, gestützt von frischer, jugendlicher Säure, in einem harmonischen und anhaltenden Finale ausklingend.
Culinary recommendation
Hors d'oeuvre, vegetable terrine, asparagus dishes, char, blue trout, white meat with sauce, cheese platter.
Vinification
Traditionelle Weinbereitung, Ausbau teilweise in grossen Eichenfässern, teilweise in Stahltanks.
