About the wine
Treat yourself to the senses with the first-class Zibibbo IGP from 2017! With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Curatolo Arini masters this white wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sicily.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, delicate scent of blackberries, plums and a touch of white pepper. Nice freshness on the palate, very full-bodied with notes of sour cherries and cocoa. Velvety tannins with an elegant finish.
Vinification
Mash fermentation takes place for 8 days at a temperature of between 24 and 26 °C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The subsequent aging takes place for 6 months in used French and American oak barrels.
