The young Austrian only wants complexity in wine. And in technologies that enable environmentally friendly work: He had his new building built according to energy-efficient principles. He also works with nature in other respects than against it: The nature boy brings out compost and lets wild herbs grow instead of dealing with fertilizers and herbicides.
