With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Elio Filippino masters this red wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
In the glass, this wine shines in a strong ruby red color with purple highlights. The bouquet is dominated by aromas of ripe plums, fresh blackberries - underlined by subtle notes of paprika. On the palate, this red wine reveals its full complexity - the aromas of the nose harmonize perfectly with the well-structured body and soft tannins. The finale offers length, elegance and delicate fruity nuances.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty roast dishes with vegetable garnish, wild boar ragout or even aged cheeses. But this wine is also a real treat on its own.
